One time when I was in church, God said to me clearly. “Happy! the solution to a problem will not come up or happen until you are about to give up”, I was thrown off a bit by this in the midst of all the worship and praises that were happening around me, I wondered what this meant, but he went on and He said, you have to come to a point where you are about to give up, for me to step in” that’s when I got it.
“Problems gravitate towards their solution!”, I thought. “God is the solution for this thing.”
This was totally opposite to what I was taught or had learned over time, that you must never give up. but for God to work, you have to give up on yourself, in order that you may believe in what God can do, otherwise, God and his ability in you will not work.
This is the same for everyone regardless of where you are and who you are. We tap into our best potential in the midst of difficult situations when things seem to go wrong. When we are about to give up that’s when we have to decide not to give up, but to look up to God! After all, your ways seldom do work.
Ever noticed how problems multiply when you are about to hit your goals, oh those things you dream of doing? Right, when you are about to sign that deal, something happens to stop it, it may be betrayal from one of the partners.
Oh, when you are about to move into the next phase of your life and things fall to the sides like a house of cards. It’s because that is the nature of success. Those people were not meant to be a part of it, what fell off, wasn’t the whole dream but the unnecessary bits of it.
You need a success mindset to be able to recognize this. At these times, you cannot panic. Neither can you make any big decisions. Because your emotions are high and tend to be wrong. You wait on decision-making, and you keep walking forward. It’s not that God doesn’t want it to work out, it’s that God wants it to take off perfectly.
In life, there are 3 types of people or circumstances. The MOTIVATOR, NEUTRALIZER, and the DETRACTOR.
The motivator, wants things to go forward, the neutralizer, slows down progress though it seems they are for the vision, the detractor, shifts your focus, this one is a destroyer, a very bad company.
You need the eyes of the spirit opened in order to see this. Not everyone is a Motivator, Neutralizer, or Detractor, but one is a Motivator, one is Neutralizer and one will be a Detractor. All working together for one purpose, to get you to your place of destiny. Those people or circumstances, are necessary if you want to succeed, otherwise, you may never have the launchpad to where you want to go.
Whatever you do, don’t be discouraged, look up to Jesus. After all, Paul the Apostle once said. “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:13
You have a high calling that demands high focus. If you feel like giving up, you’re very close. Keep the focus, let those who go, some will go for good, others will go and eventually come back. But what matters is, you have reached where you wanted to go. I’ve got a multi-million dollar company in the helm of my hands, divine promotions happening and much more, and that’s how I am starting to see these things pop up, and I know why because big things are about to happen. But I definitely don’t give up. I look up! for by looking up, I have the peace and strength to keep going.
Jesus said: “I am leaving you with a gift–peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” John 14:27
I will tell you how you can maintain your peace in the midst of the storm, and keep going until the job is done.
